Investing in growth-stage tech.
We make direct investments in growth-stage technology companies and buy secondaries in later-stage ones. Before a deal goes to our investors, we work through the numbers ourselves: revenue by customer cohort, burn against plan, and for secondaries, whether the shares can transfer and where they sit in the preference stack.

Technology companies with paying customers, mostly in AI, enterprise software, and fintech. For secondaries, shares in late-stage companies, bought by our SPVs.
